Start your day with movement, energy, and a moment for yourself. Our Wellness Mornings begin with a gentle 2K walk or run, followed by fun, supportive boxing drills led by our experienced coaches. Next, you’ll move through a dynamic bag and weight circuit at your own pace, before flowing into a calming yoga session to stretch, reset, and recharge. Finish with a well-earned unwind in the plunge pool and sauna. Refreshments are included—because wellness should feel as good as it is for you.

Yes. We offer one-to-one personal training tailored to your fitness and boxing goals. For those looking to compete, Club 13 runs a three-year development plan with the aim of producing National Champions.
Just wear comfortable gym clothes, clean trainers, and bring a water bottle. We’ll provide gloves and wraps to get you started. Our team will guide you through everything and help you feel at home straight away.
